Service Description
Designed for guests who want to soften and blend natural gray rather than completely cover it. Customized placement and natural, dimensional tones work with your existing gray to create a softer transition and a more seamless grow-out. Your color is personalized around your natural gray pattern, existing color, desired tone, and preferred maintenance rhythm. The result may include soft brightness, warm or neutral dimension, and intentionally preserved gray for color that feels natural, balanced, and uniquely yours. This service is not intended to remove years of dark artificial color or create a complete gray transformation in one appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments at The Velvet Salon are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service booked. A card is required at the time of online booking to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at booking and will only be used if a cancellation or no-show fee applies. If you’re unsure which service to book, choose the option that feels closest and we can adjust during your consultation.
