I’ve never fit into one aesthetic — I’ve explored them all. From goth to minimalist, from loud to understated, fashion and self-expression have always been part of how I move through the world. Over time, I learned that beauty doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.

I work behind the scenes at The Velvet Salon, looking at the business as a whole—how people find us, understand what we offer, decide whether we’re right for them, book, experience the salon, and return.
That work reaches far beyond marketing.
I develop and connect the pieces that shape how a beauty business functions: website structure and messaging, service design, booking systems, customer experience, Google visibility, SEO and AI search, business processes, and the financial logic behind the services being offered.
Much of what you see at Velvet has been built through that process. The goal is not simply to make the business look better. It is to make the entire path between the business and the customer clearer, easier to navigate, and more effective.
I also work with other independent professionals and business owners throughout the beauty industry—including hairstylists, salon owners, estheticians, and other beauty professionals—who want to strengthen or rethink how their business works.
Sometimes that means solving one specific problem. Sometimes it means stepping back and looking at how the website, visibility, services, booking, customer experience, and business model are working together.
The work starts with understanding where the business is now, where it is trying to go, and what is getting in the way.
