The time needed for each service is already built into the booking system, so the appointment you choose reserves the appropriate amount of time for you.

Step 3: Customize your appointment
Once you’ve chosen your main service, you can customize your appointment with targeted add-ons.
These are for the smaller things you may want to address at the same visit—like frizz, condition, shine, scalp care, shape, or finishing details.
You don’t need to add anything just because it’s available. Choose an add-on when there’s something specific you want addressed.

Add-ons are optional. They’re there when something specific could use attention alongside your main service.

Not every service requires payment in advance. Some appointments—particularly those that reserve more time or resources—may require a deposit or partial payment when you book.
Your card helps us protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows us to clearly communicate any payment or cancellation requirements before you confirm.
Once confirmed, your appointment time is reserved for you.
Step 5: You’re booked—here’s what happens next
Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll take it from here.
You’ll receive your booking confirmation along with the details you need for your visit.
Before your appointment, you may also receive reminders or information specific to the service you booked.
When you arrive, you don’t need to have every detail figured out.
Your stylist will take time to understand where your hair is now, what you want from it, and whether the service you selected is still the right direction.
If something needs to be adjusted, we’ll talk through the options with you before moving forward.
