Service Description
This appointment is thoughtfully tailored to your texture, routine, and goals—whether you’re refreshing shape, softening weight, refining movement, or maintaining the overall feel of your haircut as it grows. Together, we’ll make intentional adjustments to keep your hair feeling effortless, balanced, and aligned with how you actually wear it day to day. Best suited for guests maintaining an existing haircut within the last 6 months. Please reserve a New Guest Haircut Experience instead if your hair is mid-back or longer, particularly thick or dense, or it has been 6 months or longer since your last haircut. This allows the additional time needed for a thoughtful consultation, shape reset, and personalized redesign.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments at The Velvet Salon are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may result in a cancellation fee. If you’re unsure which service to book, choose the option that feels closest and we can adjust during your consultation. Thank you for respecting the time and care that goes into every appointment.
