Cee Jae:

I was never meant to fit the mold.

College wasn’t for me — I wanted color, sound, freedom. I painted my face and hair with moody vibes from goth to punk, made my own clothes, and turned up the music loud enough to drown out anything that told me to “tone it down.” It was the 90s, and rebellion was my love language.

Life has a way of humbling us, though. I’ve lost my parents and my only brother, and I even walked away from this career once — searching for meaning beyond the surface. That’s when I found Ayurveda. What began as a study became a deep healing journey, one that wove itself into every part of my life.

Now, the fabric of who I am feels richer — worn in, textured, imperfectly beautiful. I have a husband who’s my best friend, and a ten-year-old son who teaches me what it means to be truthful, to be imperfect, and that I am good enough just by being me.

These days, I see life as an unfolding — messy, emotional, wonderfully confusing. Every day feels like a gift when I remember to surrender.

That’s what I bring into my work — a blend of art, intuition, and truth. Because real beauty isn’t polished; it’s alive.
