You’ll need:

  • Ayurvedic hair oil (we love Brahmi or Sleep Easy Oil)

  • Scalp massager (manual or vibrating)

  • A quiet space to lie down

  • Optional: warm towel or eye pillow


Steps:

  1. Drop In (30 sec): Lie down, breathe, and soften your shoulders.

  2. Nourish (1 min): Warm oil to crown, temples, and base of scalp. Gently press it in.

  3. Activate Calm Points (1 min): Circular finger motions over crown, temples, and neck base.
